I am writing to express how very satisfied I am with the service you have provided, and also the excellent workmanship your work crews have performed on my home.

 

Your company had replaced my roof several years ago, because of hail damage. After several years, those replacement shingles proved to have a defective adhesive. Not your fault, obviously. However, they did need replacing.

 

You picked up the ball, and secured my replacement shingles for the entire roof. At no cost to me, wonderful! My phone calls were returned promptly, and you kept me abreast of the progress for the entire project. The workmanship was great, the crews cleaned up after the work was finished and overall did a splendid job. I am very satisfied with A Better Roofer.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note and tell you thank you! You replaced my roof back in November and I couldn’t be happier with how well the job was done, the timely completion, the courteous workers, and your professionalism. I also just had my house painted recently and between the new roof and the new paint- my home looks absolutely beautiful!

 

I know at least three people right now who are still fighting with the roofing company they chose and trying to get the home to pass final inspection from the Town. It’s hard for me not to brag how smooth the process was in working with your company.
